First Contact

The customer can contact our experts via telephone, via email and via the website. We listen to your needs and your company's processes to see how ultrasounds can be integrated into your production lines.

Design

We take note of important data such as the materials that the item that needs cleaning is made of, its weight, its size, the number of items that need to be cleaned per cycle.

Manufacture

The materials are brought to Santander and the assembly, welding and mechanisation are carried out in our facilities. 99% of the material suppliers are national companies (Bilbao, Barcelona, Madrid and of course local companies in Cantabria).

Our detergents have been designed especially for our ultrasonic cleaning systems. A wide range of detergents that aims to cover all the ultrasonic cleaning needs: from a biodegradable degreaser to a paint remover free from VOCs, drying additives, germ killers for the food industry and disinfectants. The detergents are available in 5, 10, 25 and 1000 litre containers, always in stock.

The first thing you must do is fill the tank of our ultrasonic cleaner with a cleaning solution: water on its own would not be enough, so you will have to use a detergent prepared for this type of cleaning.

Then, we must submerge the filter to be cleaned. There should be enough water to stop the item from banging the sides of the tank. If you think you are wasting too much solution, consider buying a smaller cleaner system before skimping on the detergent.

Choose the frequency you need, and you will have the best results in no time without damaging the structure of the filter.
