ECOCLEAN GT-DEG is a mildly acidic and biodegradable solution designed to be used in warm ultrasonic baths to clean ferrous metals, aluminium and light alloys. ECOCLEAN GT-DEG removes heavy contamination of metal surfaces while also removing rust. The ECOCLEAN GT-DEG formulation includes sequestering agents that prevents the sedimentation of calcium and magnesium salts when using hard water, without affecting the cleaning performance. The surface-active agents, which have been carefully selected, grant the detergent degreasing properties and help loosen the contamination. The ECOCLEAN GT-DEG formulation also includes wetting agents that help reduce surface tension.
APPLICATIONS
ECOCLEAN GT-DEG has been designed to aid in the cleaning of stainless steel, alloy steel with Chromium, non-ferrous metals, aluminium, plastic and glass. It removes rust, lime, grease, oil, etc.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
In ultrasonic cleaners:
- Dosage: 1 to 5% diluted in water.
- Temperature: between 40 and 80 ºC.
- Time: 2 to 5 minutes.
